1. What areas do you cover?
Eltham, Kidbrooke, Greenwich and surrounding areas.

2. How many dogs do you walk at one time?
Maximum four dogs to ensure each dog gets plenty of attention, safety, and interaction with others.

3. Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for all our services, including any potential dog-related incidents.

4. How long are the walks?
One hour. but we can also arrange longer or shorter walks based on your dog’s needs.

5. What times are you available for dog walking?
Typical walk times are between 10am - 4pm, but please contact us if you need a specific time outside of this range.

6. Do you take puppies?
Unfortunately, I’m unable to take puppies under six months. Puppies require extra training, supervision, and attention, which we’re currently unable to provide.

7. Do you offer one off solo walks?
Yes, I offer individual walks for dogs who prefer one-on-one attention.

8. How do I book a walk?

9. How do I pay for the service?
Payments are made upfront on a monthly basis. I accept cash or bank transfer.

10. What if I need to cancel a walk?
We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel a scheduled walk, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

11. Can you walk my dog off-leash?
Yes, but for safety reasons, we generally keep dogs on a leash for the first few walks for them to build up trust with us.

12. Do you accommodate special needs or senior dogs?
Absolutely. I can tailor our walks to fit your dog's specific needs, including shorter, gentler walks for senior dogs or dogs with health concerns.

13. What happens in case of bad weather?
Rain or shine, we’re here to walk your dog! However, in extreme weather conditions (like thunderstorms or extreme heat), we may adjust the walk length for safety. We will always communicate any adjustments ahead of time.

14. Can I meet the dog walker beforehand?
Yes, we encourage a meet-and-greet before the first walk. This gives you and your dog a chance to get comfortable with us and discuss any specific needs or preferences.

15. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a 50% discount on the first walk for new clients who sign up for regular weekly walks. Contact us for details on additional discounts or multi-dog packages.
