Service agreement.
All clients will be deemed to have accepted Hello Doggo service agreement as laid out here:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of sessions need to be made at least two weeks' in advance. Cancellations with less than two weeks' notice will incur a 50% charge, and those made with less than one week's notice will be charged at 100%.
Switching a day is possible on occasions however your regular day must remain the same on most weeks.
Payment
Payments must be made in advance as a direct bank transfer or cash payment can be made on the day. Late payments will incur a fee of £10 per week. No payment will result in terminate services immediately until payments have been made in full.
Vaccinations
The Client certifies that their dog(s) are up-to-date on vaccinations, including but not limited to Lepto4 annual vaccination and DHP which covers against Parvovirus, Hepatitis and Distemper.
All dogs must be on a flea and tick prevention program.
Client must show record of vaccinations stamp and date.
Hello Doggo reserves the right to refuse service if my dog’s vaccinations are expired or incomplete.
Ensure your Dog Remains Disease Free
I agree to inform Hello Doggo of any contagious conditions my dog has been exposed to, such as kennel cough, fleas, worms, or parvovirus.
I will take precautions to ensure my dog remains free from contagious diseases.
Emergency Procedures
If the dog(s) shows signs of illness or injury, or in case of an emergency Hello Doggo will contact the Client immediately. If the Client cannot be reached, Hello Doggo will take the dog to the nearest available veterinarian. All veterinary expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the Client.
Liability Waiver
The Client agrees to release Hello Doggo from liability for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur while the dog(s) is in daycare, except in cases of gross negligence.
The Client understands and accepts the risks associated with socialising dogs and releases Hello Doggo from any injury or illness resulting from interactions.
Aggressive Behaviour
The Provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if the dog displays aggressive behaviour or is deemed unsafe for daycare. If the dog engages in destructive or dangerous behaviours, Hello Doggo reserves the right to remove the dog from dog services.
Lost Items
I understand Hello Doggo is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left with my dog. Hello Doggo will use their own leads to prevent loss of owner’s dog leads.
Photos and Marketing
The Client must consent to the use of their dog’s photos for the Hello Doggo social media and website gallery.

Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement with-in 30 days written notice.
Hello Doggo reserves the right to terminate services without notice if the dog(s) is deemed unsafe or if the Client violates the terms of this Agreement.
