Information for new dogs.

Breed Size : I am unable to walk extra large breeds or dogs that are listed as dangerous dog breeds.

Leash Policy Requirements : To build trust and ensure comfort within the group all dogs are initially kept on-leash for the first few walks. Once a bond is established, dogs may be allowed off-leash for more exercise with the owner’s permission, depending on temperament and training. For dogs that require on-leash walks only, they must be manageable on a lead, with no excessive pulling.

Training Requirements : For the safety and harmony of the group, all dogs should respond to basic commands like "sit" and "stay."

Behaviour Requirements : Dogs showing aggression toward others or with severe behavioural issues are not suitable for group walks or pet sitting. If your dog needs additional support, I recommend working with a professional trainer.

Spay/Neuter Requirements : To maintain balance and safety all dogs should be spayed or neutered.

Puppies : I am unable to accept puppies under six months for group walks ; young puppies require additional training, supervision, and attention that I currently cannot provide.
